1. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with current legislation, you have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide any justification.
2. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised. If you order a custom 3D printed part, it cannot be returned, except in case of a manufacturing defect.
3. Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
4. Refund procedure
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, the refund will be processed via the original payment method within a maximum of 14 days.
5. Defective products
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately with a photo of the product to arrange an exchange or refund.
